Join us on Thursday, 27 August, for the opening of Walking Distance, featuring photography by Martin Zimelka and ceramic works by local artists. The exhibit showcases impressions of natural forms and considers our perspective on distance.
Walking Distance will be shown from 27 August until 26 September at Kamma Art and Design in Swakopmund.

More about the apparel collections
Before being a clothing label, Kamma is a design studio and art gallery. Everything we do is rooted in artistic direction and narrative.
Every design has a reason to exist, usually a personal story or a distinctive moment. Inspiration comes from being in nature, slowing down and observing both the extraordinary and the mundane surroundings.

Our small-scale apparel collections are designed right here in Swakopmund, starting with colour swatches and rough sketches and mood boards. The garments are also screen printed by hand, right here in town. We keep as much of our production process as possible, local.
Our physical store is a design studio, art gallery and shop.
