By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

We sell high-quality t-shirts in various sizes and colours.
Colours may slightly vary due to screen settings.
All t-shirts are checked for quality before dispatch.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We will do our best to fulfil your order promptly, but processing times may vary.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock issues or errors on the website.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the product pages and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Direct Transfer / EFT.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

Local deliveries: Swakopmund
National shipping: Windhoek & Walvis Bay
International shipping: Worldwide
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery for faulty or incorrect items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original tag.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kamma.com.na with your order number.
Shipping costs for international returns may apply.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Jam en Kaas Studio Investments CC.
Copying or using our designs without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.
Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement, repair, or refund.

We may update these terms from time to time.
