WHEN AND WHERE?
the orange raft at Swakopmund’s main beach is a summertime icon for locals. It represents the start of the warmer, sunnier season and it has done so for decades. Our grandparents swam to the raft with their friends as teenagers, as dis we. It’s distinctive orange paint compliments the vivid ocean sunsets that we all admire. This risograph aims to capture that: pinks, yellows, purples and oranges.
Every design has a reason to exist, usually a personal story or a distinctive moment. Inspiration comes from being in nature, slowing down and observing both the extraordinary and the mundane surroundings.
