Join us for a once-off painting session where Heidi Louw will take you through 14 lessons and guidelines. Rather than rules, these 14 guidelines are practical observations gathered through years of painting, designed to help you avoid common pitfalls and develop greater confidence in your own creative process.
The workshop takes place at Heidi’s personal studio, starting at 9:30 and running until 15:00, with a 30-minute lunch break at 13:00.
After each lesson demonstration, you’ll get the chance to practice it yourself before applying everything you’ve learned to a final artwork, which you’ll take home with you at the end of the day.
Please bring the following:
• 1 x medium canvas (approximately 30 x 40cm)
• Paint colours (acrylic or oil) – 3 primary colours, black, white, and any others you like to work with
• Something to eat during the lunch break
