The Damara Dik-Dik is a rare, protected species. It’s one of Africa’s smallest antelopes and only appears in Namibia and south-western Angola.
Damara Dik-Diks are monogamous and mate for life. Pairs establish and defend small shared territories where they spend most of their time together. So, when you see a Dik-Dik in the grass and you haven’t spotted the other, you can almost know for sure that its life partner is close by. <3
